This page contains information for Registrations of Adult (MISO) and Youth (MJL) players

ADULT PLAYERS:   HSA Registrations for Adult Players playing in MISO Div I, Div II, Div III, W1, M35+ or Masters Divisions must be done online through the Affinity website. Team Managers usually handle the registrations of their players, but they may opt to have other representatives or players handle the registrations. A login and password may be required. All registrations must first be approved by the team manager of the team the players are registering with. Players may not register without an assigned team. YOUTH PLAYERS:   Registrations for youth players participating in the MISO Junior League (MJL) must be done through US Club Soccer (USCS) by the Team or Club's registrar, as a login and password will be required. The USCS website is https://usclubsoccer.org/resources/registration/​
