Teams:   All US Club  Soccer affiliated Boys and Girls youth teams in the U12, U13, U14, U15, U16,  U17, U18, U19 age groups.

Age Groups:   All teams will be placed in the U12, U14, U16, and U19 age groups unless there are a number (4 or more, preferably from different clubs) of teams in a single age group which allows the grouping of that single age group.  Even though "playing up" is encouraged, teams must consist of a minimum of 50% of players pertaining to that  age group (ie: a U16 team should have 50% of their players be 15-16 years of  age)      

Girls on Boys teams:   Although there are some girls that can compete in the boys divisions, we're trying to keep all divisions as competitive as possible, therefore a maximum of 2 girls may be rostered on a boy's team, provided they meet the age requirement

Location:All games will be  played at Waipio Soccer Complex.

Dates:   All SATURDAYS, September 3, 10, 15, 245,  October 1, 8, 15, 22, &29 with November 5th & 12 as a  rainout dates for some of the Divisions.

Times:Games will be  scheduled at the following times: 9am, 10:15am, 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm (or 9am, 10:15am, 12:15am, 1:30pm &  3:30pm)

Number of Games:   Seven (7) appropriate full-time 11-a-side games. In some cases, due to the number of teams registered,  some  of the Divisions may get an 8th game or even a 9th game scheduled. 

        U19 - 90  minutes
        U16 - 80 minutes
        U14 - 70 minutes
        U12  - 60 minutes

Point System:   Win = 3, Tie = 1, Loss = 0

Tie Breakers:   Head-to-Head, Goals Differential, Goals Scored

Referees:   Three certified officials (one center, two assistant referees) per game.

Rules:   All games shall be played  under the current "Laws of the Game" published by FIFA, subject to specific  League Rules created by the Rules and Regulation Committee.

Rosters:   US Club Soccer  rules apply.Unlimited roster  (only 18 can participate in a game) in the appropriate age group with the  appropriate club. No guest players (Non
affiliated with the CLUB playing)  allowed.

Insurance:   All US Club Soccer registered players, and coaches and  administrators holding pass cards, are insured by a $100,000 secondary medical  insurance policy.  The current policy also covers approved international  travel. http://www.usclubsoccer.org/main.aspx?sec_id=16&guid=014e8d84-d396-4575-8924-5d20489424e2 
 
Season Fees:   In  some cases, due to the number of teams registered, some  of the Divisions may  get an 8th game or even a 9th game scheduled. Fees will then be adjusted accordingly with those Divisions. If for some reason a Division is scheduled to  have less than 7 games, then the fees will be adjusted as well and a refund for  the difference will be sent to those teams in that particular Division.

Projected fees for 2011:
        U19 - $590 + $45 = $635 (includes new Park Users Fees)
        U16 - $570 + $45 = $615 (includes new Park Users Fees)
        U14 - $540 + $40 = $580 (includes new Park Users Fees)
        U12 - $510 + $35 = $545 (includes new Park Users Fees)

Athletic Trainer:   For the 2011 season MJL  will once again provide the attendance of a Certified Athletic Trainer onsite  every Saturday of the MJL season.

Admission is limited. Returning Clubs/Teams will have priority provided they meet the deadline. All others will be based on a first come first serve basis and/or the teams’ rank.
