MISO M35+ Division

Due to popular demand, in September of 2006 MISO introduced the M35+ Division, which is geared towards the competitive players ages 35 and over.
The inaugural season was a challenging one, as only four (4) teams participated
(Paniolos, Real Hawaii FC, Pearl City United FC & Strikers), and one of them withdrew just three games into the season. This raised a lot of question marks between teams and players regarding the continuation and future of the Division.
However all skepticism disappeared the following season, after 2 new teams (Lanikai
Tuesday FC and Ohana SC) requested to join after witnessing the quality of the League and play. From that point on, the M35+ Division kept on growing with new teams joining just about every season, to the current total of 10 teams.
Although the M35+ receives yearly request from new teams wanting to join, the Division is currently maxed-out, due to the  availability of fields & quality referees. The current season format with 10  teams has the division split into two Groups (A & B). Teams play a double  round-robin within the group, plus a cross over round with the other group. Top  two teams from each group qualify to the Play-Offs to compete for the M35+ Cup,  while the team with the best overall record claims the MISO M35+ Division Title & Cup.
We hope that the future allows us to continue to grow, however our primary objective is and will remain Quality over  Quantity.
